2 c all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp himalayan sea salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c butter (1 stick, melted)
3 tbsp chopped chives
2 tsp garlic powder
1-1/2 c plain greek yogurt (full fat works best)
preheat oven to 350º. whisk flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and baking soda in a large bowl. drizzle in 6 tablespoons melted butter and mix lightly with your hands to combine.
create a well in center of bowl and add chives, garlic and yogurt. mix with a wooden spoon until mixture forms a shaggy dough.
using 2 spoons, drop half cupfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet, spacing about least one and a half inches apart. brush tops with remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
bake biscuits until tops and bottoms are golden brown on top, about 12–15 minutes.
